CTC is currently experiencing growth as a result of multiple competitive successes in our current lines of business.   As a result of these growth opportunities we are in the enviable position of needing to expand our workforce.  In support of current and anticipated needs, we have established a recruiting “tiger team” focused on recruiting software engineers; systems engineers; and information system security engineers for the Johnstown, PA; Annapolis Junction, MD; and Albany, GA locations.  While our greatest need is for people that have security clearances (and polygraphs), we are also in need of qualified people without security clearances. 

The CTC Tiger Team has been tasked to work with any/all external institutions to further the recruiting effort.  They have brought forth several recommendations to enhance our ability to recruit and hire the people we need for this expansion.

We will also continue, with increased effort, to implement a blend of traditional and new recruiting approaches to ensure the long term growth and success of our Company.  This includes increasing our presence at career fairs, working with various academic institutions take advantage of campus recruiting opportunities searching for entry level personnel.
